There is a parking lot behind the building for people who drive.
Enter the building from the back entrance.
There is an elevator on the left side, right after you enter from the back entrance. The elevator can take you down to level B.
There is also a door on the right side, right after you enter from the back entrance, if you want to take the stairs down to level B.
Look for Suite 50.
